DELIVERY & RETURNS
We deliver all our products via EMS. Overseas deliveries may receive an additional customs charge and/or take longer than the estimated delivery time. CNYTTAN is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. In addition, items purchased as gifts overseas will have the invoices within the package.
Any items lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of EMS. CNYTTAN will assist in all investigations should this situation arise. However, all claims or refunds will be at the discretion of EMS. All claims must be submitted in writing to EMS within twenty eight (28) days from the date that EMS accepted the Shipment, failing which EMS shall have no liability whatsoever.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then please contact us by email ( email@example.com ) and then return to us within 7 days from the date you received the shipment. Please return as received with the original receipt. We will either exchange the item, offer site credit or a full refund. Items must be returned in perfect, re-sellable condition as originally received. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping or handling charges unless the goods are proven to be faulty & damaged in transit. We do not refund/cover the cost of postage on items sent back to CNYTTAN.
